Check a page limited attachment against NIH's own rules.

Upload a Research Strategy, Specific Aims, or another page limited attachment as a PDF. The checker measures page count, page size, margins, font size, type density, text color, scanned pages, hyperlinks, and form fields or annotation layers that need flattening, and cites the NIH page every rule came from. It never reads for meaning and never writes a word.

Nothing is stored. The PDF is read once, in memory, and discarded. It is never written to disk, never kept, and never sent to a language model.
