Pricing
Priced for a season, not a sentence.
Grant preparation runs in cycles. Subscribe for the months you are writing, cancel when the application is in, and come back for the next one. The longer plans cost less per month for the person who submits in more than one cycle.
Loading the plans.
Every plan includes
- Saved encrypted drafts and section status tracking for every element of your application.
- The reviewer lens, reference check, and SciENcv readiness checklist.
- The AI-use log per section and its attestation PDF for institutional routing.
- The readiness dashboard with the countdown to your internal deadline and the NIH due date, the submission checklist, and the readiness report.
- The PDF checker on every upload, and cited Ask answers scoped to the section you are in.
GrantAmp never drafts the Specific Aims, the Research Strategy, or any other part of the science. It checks, cites, and keeps the record.
Free without a plan
Without an account: check a PDF at /check and ask three questions a day at /ask. With a free account: your requirements manifest at /app, every item cited and dated, one application. A plan adds saved encrypted drafts, section status tracking, the reviewer lens, reference check, SciENcv checklist, AI-use log and attestation PDF, and the readiness dashboard.
How billing works
- What happens when I cancel?
- You cancel in Manage billing on your applications page, which opens Stripe's portal. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for and nothing renews after that. There is no proration and no partial refund for the unused part of a period.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, in the same portal. Stripe prorates the change on the next invoice. You cannot hold two plans at once.
- Who sees my card?
- Stripe. Payment happens on Stripe's page and GrantAmp never sees a card number. GrantAmp holds your Stripe customer id, the plan, its status, and the date the paid period ends, and nothing else about the payment.
- What if I delete my data?
- While a plan is active you can wait until it ends, cancel in Manage billing, or choose cancel my plan now and delete my data, which ends the plan immediately with no refund for remaining days. GrantAmp removes its billing rows; Stripe keeps its own payment records.
- What is a Submission Pass?
- A one-time purchase for one application. You buy it from that application's page after you set the NIH due date. It does not renew and there is no partial refund after payment.
- How do team seats work?
- The organization owner buys a Lab or Department plan in organization settings. Extra seats are a quantity on that subscription. Adding seats bills immediately: Stripe charges the card on file now, or sends a net-30 invoice when the plan was bought on invoice terms. When every seat is in use, new invitations that need a seat wait until the owner adds seats.
